We Own Four Main Trophies: The Perindu College Team Proved their Excellences

SHAH ALAM: Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam campus dominated the Excellence Performance Awards for Society/Club 2010 (Majlis Anugerah Persatuan / Kelab Cemerlang 2010 UiTM) with four at the helm of six main categories competed.

I Hack 2010 Program organized by Networking Society (NETS) of Science and Mathematics Faculty champed Academic Category while the collaboration of Jati/Seroja College was awarded as the winner for Community/Social Category with the International Trip Program to Cambodia.

The other two categories won by UiTM Shah Alam campus were the Creative/Innovative Category honored to Operations Management Society (OPEMS) and Culture/Arts Category via University Nasyid Festival Program 2010 (FENU’ 10) organized by Perindu College.

UiTM Johor campus also proved they are among the best with the winning for Sport/Recreation Category and Entrepreneurship Category.

The winner for Overall UiTM Best Society Award 2010 (Anugerah Persatuan Terbaik Keseluruhan UiTM 2010), Perindu College was razzle-dazzle with their four main awards winning.

The winners for each category walked away with RM1000 cash, trophy and certificates, the runner ups were rewarded RM750 cash with trophy and certificates while the third place RM 500 cash, trophy and certificates.

The award that was held in Dewan Sri Budiman on January 26 was attended by Deputy Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Y. Bhg. Prof. Dato' Dr. Abdullah Mohamad Said and the Director Student Development of UiTM Shah Alam, Prof Hanafiah Harun.
